« A côté du métro, spacieux, agréable et confortable »

Très proche du métro, appartement spacieux, de bon goût et confortable. Le check in par digicode est très pratique.

Le quartier est sans intérêt (mais on accède vite au centre ville), les ustensiles de cuisine sont au strict minimum (pas de grille pain, 4 assiettes en tout...), trop de meubles de cuisine inutiles (vides) et pas assez de rangements (vêtements ou salle de bains)

L'essentiel! Bel appartement, clair, moderne. Bonne disposition des pièces. Vue sur une petite terrasse. Immeuble et quartier très calmes. Literie confortable. Salle de bain avec une grande douche et des produits comme shampoing... Accueil plaisant avec des chips, bouteilles d'eau au frais, sachets de thé, etc. Métro à qqs mètres, ligne 4 pour rejoindre le centre-ville par Karlplatz. Commerces à proximité.

Le manque d'équipement pour la cuisine : pas de passoire, d'ouvre-boîtes, de théière ou de récipient, de plat pour le four. Pas de balai pour l'appartement, seulement une balayette avec pelle.

« Belle appartement avec confort »

L'équipement était de bonne qualité, belle terrasse et une salle de bain moderne. Les chambres sont très belle avec des lits confortables. La clim à été vraiment un grand plus. L'immeuble dispose d'un grand ascenceur. Je trouve que le système de digicode pour accéder dans l'immeuble/appartement c'est très pratique et facile, cela nous a permis de ne pas avoir de stresse avec l'heure d'arrivée. Le parking public est gratuit le week-end. Pour toutes ces raisons nous reviendrons certainement.

„Modernes bezahlbares Apartment mit der U-Bahn Nähe - sehr gut für die Stadtreise

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Hotelangestellten, auch spät am Abend. Alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mit einer hochwertigen Kaffeemaschine. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten "aufs Haus" im Kühlschrank - sehr aufmerksam. Bequeme Bett sowie Kopfkissen. Eine sehr gelungene Apartmentaufteilung (Separate Dusche und WC, zwei Zimmer). Die Anbindung zur Stadt mit zwei U-Bahn Linien sehr schnell und bequem. Direkt um die Ecke gab es ein Supermarkt. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus, der aber komischerweise zwischen den Etagen hält. Äußerst hilfreiche Gepäckaufbewahrung (Spinds).

Auch wenn die Schallisolierung im Haus ausgesprochen gut ist, hat man leider durch die Fenster Lärm von der Straße von vorbeifahrenden Autos laut gehört. Ich konnte nicht mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Mit den geschlossenen Fenstern hat man die Geräuschkulisse zwar auch noch gut gehört, aber man konnte wenigstens schlafen. Aber bei wärmeren Nächten im Sommer wäre wahrscheinlich auch das schwierig. Ich hätte mehr Ablagefläche (ein Regal neben dem Waschbecken) im Badezimmer gebraucht.

„Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Man geht über die Straße und ist bei der U6 oder U3. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet, ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden und die Wohnung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Eine Grundausstattung Kaffee und Tee und ein kleiner Snack sind für den Empfang ganz liebevoll vorbereitet. Der Zugang mit dem Code erspart den Schlüssel. So kann man ihn nicht vergessen, verlieren oder ständig such. Das ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Leider kann man die Wohnung schwer sauber halten, da kein Besen oder Geschirrtücher vorhanden sind. Außerdem ist das Bett falsch herum gestanden (nicht wie auf den Fotos), daher musste immer einer über den anderen steigen, um auf seine Seite zu kommen. Das war nachts wirklich störend. Es leuchtet auch nicht ein, da der Platz zur Verfügung steht. Durch die belebte Straße ist es leider auch sehr laut, wenn man die Fenster öffnet.

„Tolles Appartment, super Lage

Die Lage ist super, gleich neben einer UBahn Station, zentral gelegen. Kontaktloser Check-In funktioniert super, Zugang mit Code, kein Schlüssel erforderlich, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gobt sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank, Tee, Kaffee, etc. Das Appartment ist sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 2 eigenen Schlafzimmern mit guten Betten. Für eine Familie sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider hatten wir ein Ameisenproblem im Bad Und auch die Fugen in der Dusche sind schon stark mit Schimmel befallen, diese sollten bald getauscht werden

„empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

tolle Lage direkt an der U-Bahn, es waren Getränke und Snacks kostenlos vor Ort, auch die Dusch/Pflegeprodukte waren sehr angenehm

für das Frühstück sollte es die Möglichkeit geben Einzelkomponenten zu bestellen, leider klappte auch gerade am Abreisetag die Zustellung nicht und wir gingen aus dem Haus (8:20 Uhr) als das Frühstück ankam

„Wien ist immer eine Reise wert und mit Numa macht man nichts verkehrt ;.)

Habe nun bereits zum wiederholten Male im Numa/Strauss residiert und war wie immer sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnungen sind hübsch und sauber und man kann sich dort in der Tat ein Stück weit wie zuhause fühlen. Obwohl an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen ist es innerhalb des Hauses sehr ruhig. Man hört so gut wie nichts von den Nachbarn und hat seine Privatsphäre. Der Service war ebenfalls wie immer sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich wieder einmal in Wien bin wird das Numa/Strauss ganz sicher erneut meine erste Wahl sein.

Die Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc.) sollte regelmäßiger kontrolliert und aufgefüllt werden.

«INFORMATEVI BENE SUL PARCHEGGIO»

check-in facile e semplice, appartamento pulito, con tutti i servizi e i comfort necessari. Gli spazi sono davvero ben organizzati. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e anche la nostra piccola e’ stata accolta con una culla ottima e ben preparata!

Prima di arrivare mi è arrivato un messaggio con tutte le indicazioni necessarie dei vari servizi, tra i quali il parcheggio. Per parcheggiare indicavano quello di un hotel vicino all’appartamento, indicando un prezzo di 24€ per la tariffa giornaliera. Noi ci siamo fidati e abbiamo lasciato l’auto 18h, pagando 47,50€!!! un furto! una volta contattato la struttura ci ha detto che dovevamo registrarci alla reception dell’hotel per avere il prezzo scontato ma questa procedura NON ERA SCRITTA DA NESSUNA PARTE! Mi aspettavo un rimborso di una parte della spesa ma si sono limitati ad un “mi dispiace per la comunicazione poco chiara”. Forse si tratta di un accordo tra loro e l’hotel per “truffare” i clienti a loro insaputa.

Accoglienza al top. Appartamento stupendo e curato nel dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort. Vicinissimo alla stazione della metro in zona tranquilla e servita. Bel pacchetto di benvenuto con bibite fresche e patatine. Da tornare!

Suggerirei di mettere un telo oscurante sulla ringhiera del terrazzo, essendo al piano terra. C'erano degli operai che camminavano in corte e la camera era completamente a vista ma comunque top

«Oltre le aspettative»

Facile da raggiungere una volta arrivato in stazione Wien Mitte, tramite metro U4 (6 fermate). L'uscita della metro più vicina dista 100 metri dall'ingresso della struttura alberghiera. La zona è tranquilla, appena dietro al palazzo è presente un supermercato piuttosto grande. Ho eseguito il checkin via web il giorno prima, ed ho ricevuto le indicazioni per l'accesso, regolato da un PIN, lo stesso sia per il portone che per la stanza. Con un anticipo di 3 ore rispetto all'orario stabilito ho ricevuto il messaggio che mi comunicava la possibilità di accedere alla stanza. Il mio appartamento era al terzo piano, una nota per le persone con problemi di deambulazione: il pianerottolo delle stanze si trova al piano intermedio tra quelli gestiti dall'ascensore, è quindi necessario fare una rampa di scale a piedi (a scendere o a salire). Sono molto soddisfatto del mio appartamento, la stanza grande, con armadio e cassetta di sicurezza, bagno con doccia separato da gabinetto, secondo me la cosa può avere i suoi vantaggi se non si è da soli. Gli infissi e il mobilio sono di buona qualità, gli elettrodomestici nuovi (frigorifero grande, bollitore e macchina per caffè a capsule). Erano presenti bustine di tè, capsule per il caffè, e bibite in frigo, tutto molto apprezzato.

Non ho trovato nulla di negativo.
